He is survived by: his parent Mary Perica Sr. (Barach); his spouse Patricia (Phelan); his stepson Pete Moore (Kristen) of St. Peters, MO; his grandchildren, Andrew and Addison Moore; and his siblings, Mildred Vogelsang of Godfrey, Ray Perica (Sue) of Lakeland, FL and Ken Perica (Ellen) of Cincinnati.
