He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Decker; his children, Terri Wesley (Raymond) of Godfrey, IL, Jeffrey Mullen (Kathleen) of Ballwin, MO and Jamie Perkhiser (John) of Godfrey, IL; his grandchildren, Lindsey Njoku (Charles), Daniel Bozarth, David Bozarth, Michael Mullen (Kyle Jackson), Caitlin Freund (John) and Ethan Perkhiser; and his great grandchild Olivia Bozarth.
