She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Shotaro Osaki and Chiyo Osaki (Tennebe); her husband Frank Kwas; her children, Charles Kwas of Bethalto, John Kwas (Paula) of Brighton, Frank Kwas (Kim) of Oxford and Carol Gentry (David) of Godfrey; her grandchildren, Andrea Schwartz, Brad Kwas (Destiny), Robert Kwas (Amanda), Kevin Kwas (Emily), Vincent Kwas, Amy Kwas and Sarah Kwas; her sister Kimi Tanaka of Choshi, Japan.; and her daughter-in-law Lori Kwas. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
