He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Curlovic and Virginia Curlovic (Lukefahr); and his brother Andy Curlovic. He is survived by: his friend Shirlene Ballhausen; his brother Jim (Debby Curlovic); and his sibling's children, Andrea Curlovi, Tina Laseter, Karen Curlovic, Kathleen High and Ken Curlovic.

Memorials may be made to the Alton Wood River Sportsman's Club.
