He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent H. Tuey and Dorothy M. Tuey (Brooks); and his siblings, Pat Howard and Charles E. Tuey. He is survived by: his wife Joan Vandersand; his children, Charles W. Tuey (Jennifer Cochran) of Ashburn, VA, Jennifer Knight (Chad) of Godfrey and Joseph Tuey (Christa Torrisi) of Springfield, MO; and his grandchildren, Tyson Knight, Michael Knight, Scott Knight, Sophia Knight and Rachel McCoy.
