She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Barlow and Pearl Barlow (Nagel); her husband Robert R. Lewis; and her son Gary Wayne Lewis. She is survived by: her daughter Gail; her son-in-law Carl Wilson of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Julie, Michael Welker, Amy Lewis, Kevin Wilson and Robert Lewis; her great grandchildren, Mekinsey Welker, Natalie Welker, Lauren Welker, Lora Louise Lewis and Bobby Lee Lewis; and her great great grandchildren, Jace, Carson and Declan. She is also survived by family members and friends.
