She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lasiter and Helen Lasiter (McNeely); her husband Danny Charles Millsap; and her son John Millsap. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Mitchell of Granite City, IL, Brian Millsap of Granite City, IL, Jason Millsap (Shequera), Michele Menendez (John) of St. Louis, MO, David Millsap and Darron Millsap (Denise); and her brother Michael Lasiter of Granite City, IL. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; extended family and many friends.

Memorial donations may be given to Midwest Children's Burn Group of St. Louis or to Cynthia's family.
