He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. and Jocie G.; his daughter Dawn Renee Hollis; his siblings, Jackie Dean Hollis and Deloma Jean Mooney; and his parents-in-law, William and Evelyn Fine.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Jo "Debbie" Fine; his children, Angela L. Hollis of Granite City, IL and Franklin B. "Ben" Hollis (Amy) of Alton, IL; his granddaughters, Catherine Rose Hollis and Grace Violet Hollis; and his brothers-in-law, Jay Mooney of Texas, Bradley Fine (Karen) of St. Peters, MO, Brian Fine (Debra Jones) of Granite City, IL and Michael Fine (Marilou) of Alton, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and many friends.
