She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene and Nettie Koehler Sr. (Pinnon); her husband Richard Grizzard; her brothers, Timothy Koehler and James Koehler; and her siblings' children, Billie Jean McKeal and Jimmy Koehler.
She is survived by: her siblings, Connie Stephens (Orla) of Mt. Olive, IL, Pauline Miles (Hale) of Granite City, IL, Stella Bush (Bill) of Granite City, IL, Gina Coryell, Mary Lou Schuler of West Plains, MO, Nina Jackson (Elmer) of Granite City, IL, Eugene Koehler Jr. of Farmington, MO and Donald Koehler (Ann) of Georgia; her siblings' children, Miranda Graham (Kyle) of Granite City, IL and Austin Graham; and her aunt Pauline Kurley.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to the family.
