It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ruth Nichols of Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Daniel A. Gaddie; her siblings, Christopher Gaddie and Judy Miller; and her grandson Casey Nichols. She is survived by : her mother Thelma Gaddie (Edwards); her children, Naomi Siedhoff (Rich) of Granite City, IL, Danny Nichols (Linda Bryant) of Eldon, MO, Jason Nichols (Angie Chism) of Granite City, IL and David Nichols (Andrea) of McKinney, TX; her siblings, Dana McGee (Bill) of Glen Carbon, IL and Brian Gaddie of Granite City, IL; her sister-in-law Rose Gaddie of Granite City, IL; her grandchildren, Meghan Soop (Brian) of Cookeville, TN, Kara Engblom (Eric) of Rochester Hills, MI, Michael Nichols (Lexi) of Collinsville, IL, Hannah Brendel (Seth) of Granite City, IL, Hailey Nichols (Andrew Holman) of Granite City, IL, Hollie Nichols of Granite City, IL, Cristian Biddenstadt of McKinney, TX, Yzzy Nichols of McKinney, TX and Piper Nichols of McKinney, TX; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Nicklaus, Easton, Beckett, Jaylyn, Nolan, Deandre, Zayden, Kylie, Bentley, Mila, Averie, Aura, Adonis and Aksel; her friend T. J. Hull; and her caregiver Iva Butler. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; all the families fur babies.
