Hanson (Granite City, Illinois), born in Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her son-in-law Janis Lee; her grandchildren, Vicki Lynn, Ted Thalmann of Glen Carbon, Eric D., Ann Smith of Granite City, Kelly J., Tammy Short of Clever, Traci Payton and Chris Payton of Kenosha; her great grandchildren, Lyndsey, Luke, Libbi, Lilli Thalmann, Leann, Emily, Megan Smith, Ashley Griesbach, Nathan Griesbach, Jayme Short, Katelyn Short and Cheldon Payton; her siblings, Robert Whitson Jr. of Greenfield and Imogene Easley of Defiance; her brother-in-law Ray Easley of Defiance; and also, Vernon, Robert Smith of Granite City and Sandra Kay Hanson of Granite City.
