He is survived by : his wife Charlene Brodeur; his children, Marisela, Cierra, Martika, Selena, Savanah, Derek and Salvador Jr.; his grandchildren, Nalanie, Rosie, Alexa, Wyatt, Owen, Reina, Vincent, Natalia, Esma, Sebstian and Ignacio; and his siblings, Gerardo Luna, Rosa Medina, Olivia Salanik, Bertha Pedroni and Maria S. Moreno. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.

“RIP my old friend. I can still remember us running around the schoolyard and playing soccer, hockey, kickball, etc. what a much simpler time back then. Also you and I being alter boys and serving masses. I’ll never forget you and the friendship we had back then. Like we used to say to each other here recently…..Be PH strong!! I’ll always remember us growing up and being classmates at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Thanks for the memories buddy!🙏🙏🙏”
