He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen C. Voegele; his parents, Paul J. Zarlingo and Emma E. Zarlingo (Miller); his son Tim Zarlingo; and his siblings, Marie Dixon, Florence Durer and Albert "Al" Zarlingo.

He is survived by: his children, Tom Zarling, Connie Koenig, Cathy Marceau (Steve), Tony Zarlingo and Terry Zarlingo; his grandchildren, Jason Koenig, Joshua Koenig, John Marceau, Paul Zarlingo III and Alicia Parent (Joey); and his great grandchild Rose Parent. He is also survived by his 13 nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
