It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Bower (Granville, Illinois), born in Abingdon, Virginia, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Gill and Leona Gill (Childress); her daughter Michelle "Shelly"; and her siblings, Billy Dean Gill, Sunshine Gill and Bessie Irene Gill.

She is survived by : her daughters, Melody Stuebinger of Montgomery, IL and Angela Tyszka of Granville; her brothers, Ralph Leslie Gill of North Carolina and Layton Junior Gill of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Jacob E. Cronsell, Thomas H. Giese, Robin M. Hughes and Rebecca L. Giese; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln James Mavis, Sophia Jacqueline Cronsell and Asher Cronsell.
