She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Charneski and Lucille Charneski (Carey); her husband Robert Mellentine; and her siblings, Ronald Charneski, Joyce Teuscher and John Grattelo.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Kathleen Woitynek, R. Timothy Mellentine (Mary Jo), Susan Chriss (Calvin), Valerie Hoege (Don) and Paul Mellentine (Thea); her sister-in-law Shar Charneski; and her grandchildren, Dan Balthazor, Andy Mellentine, Jay Mellentine (Allison), Judson Chriss (Brandy), Brandon Rosman, Brett Rosman, Rob Mellentine (Hannah), Kaitlyn Mellentine (Justin Gardner), Paige Mellentine (Wesley Jones) and Alexandra Mellentine. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
