She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Cabaj and Sophie Cabaj (Majka); her husband Donald J. Poznanski; her sister Joan Rafacz; and her sister-in-law Dottie Poznanski.

She is survived by : her children, Ralph Poznanski (Michelle), Thomas Poznanski (Vicky), Donna Weinert (Stephen), Gregory Poznanski (Maria) and Denise Golka; her grandchildren, GySgt Anthony, Lisa, Katie, Christopher, Jennifer, Stephen, William, Joseph and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Riley, Landon, Logan, Ryder, Cadence, Camden, Jenna, Amanda and William; and her brothers-in-law, Stan Rafacz and Frank Poznanski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
