She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Blinn and Janice Blinn; and her aunt Marjorie Rakos. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Costabile; her sister Kathy Lee Issel (Jeff); and her sisters-in-law, Marie DeCaesar and Sandra Starky.
