With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Seitz (Grayslake, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Seitz; her parents, John Smuda and Margaret Smuda; and her siblings, Charlotte Kruszynski (late Walter), Grace Amundsen (late Al) and Lawrence Knudtzon.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Richard J. Seitz (Carole) of Fremont, NE, William Seitz (Kristina) of Libertyville, IL, Michael Seitz (DeeDee) of Salem, WI and Robert Seitz (Kimberly) of Grayslake, IL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St Gilbert Catholic Church in Grayslake, IL or St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont, NE or to the American Cancer Society.
