He is survived by: his wife Patsy Bartley of Groveland; his children, Keith Bartley Jr of Eureka, Kerry Bartly (Lori) of East Peoria and Karen Elam of Peoria; his grandchildren, Erica Ulrich (Mike), Ashley Morgan (Arek), Kristopher Bartley (Jen) and Benjamin Bartley (Corie); his great grandchildren, Cody, Laney, Trent, Michale, Kaleb and Benson; and his brother James Bartley (Grayce) of East Peoria.
