He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Martin Johnson and Minerva Frances; his former wife Mary Eunice; and his grandson Christopher Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lechner Johnson; his children, Judy Sanstad (Alton) of Geneva and Gregory Johnson (Anna) of Keller; his stepchildren, Susanne Grayson Gill (Peter) of Libertyville and John Lechner (Andrea) of Gurnee; and his grandchildren, Kristine Dreyer (Allen), Erik Sanstad (Sherri), Kathryn Guardado (Ervey), Jenna Grayson, James Grayson, Braden Lechner and Jacob Lechner. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and many dear nieces, nephews and other family members.
