It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janelle Hopson of Hamilton, Illinois, born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Verne Holtsclaw and Alice Holtsclaw (Carlile). She is survived by : her husband Scott Hopson of Hamilton; her son Ryan Holtsclaw of Warsaw; her granddaughter Kristianna Holtsclaw of Orion, Illinois; her great grandchild Rowen Chadley Norton of Orion, Illinois; her grandson Anthony Hicks of Blue Springs, Nebraska; and her sister Denise Bloyd (Merle) of Mendon, Illinois. She is also survived by niece, nephew and a great nephew; numerous cousins and two aunts; and precious life-long friends.
