She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Nichols and Virginia Nichols (Frank); her husband Rodney J. Althide; and her sister Janet Treach. She is survived by : her friend Zumba; her sons, Bradley Althide (Angela) of La Plata and Brandon Althide (Kimberly) of Basco, Illinois; her grandchildren, Callie Althide and Cassidy Althide of La Plata; and her sons, Kaden Althide and Skylar Althide of Basco, Illinois..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Saint Paul's Episcopal Church of Warsaw.
