He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wells and Syble Marie Wells (Bratcher); and his stepmother Alleta Wells Hays. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Moberly (Ron) of East Peoria, James Wells (Natalie) of Lake Camelot, William Wells of Marseilles, IL and Maryellen Wells of Pekin; his grandchildren, Natasha, Adam, Alexis and Noah; his siblings, Karen, Anita, Brenda, Wendell, Glen and Roger; and also Brielle.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel (1203 W Garfield Ave, Bartonville, IL 61607).
Memorials may be made to the Logan Trivoli Fire Department.
