She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Raymond Faith and Fern Faith (Swayze); her son David Alspach; and her siblings, Raymond Lee Faith, Sue Alspach and Reta Kay Lambert.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Alspach; her daughters, Melissa (Andy Rawson), Lisa Venatta (Fred Ballew) and Cindy (Mike Myer); and her siblings, Barbara, Lavern and Shirley Kay. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
