We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2021, at the age of 76, Norma Jane Neeley of Hardinville, Illinois, born in Robinson, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dale Slane and Susan Slane (Whitesell); her husband Robert "Bob" Neeley; her children, Rocky Neeley (Becky) of Hardinville, IL, Darla Sheren (Tim) of Lawrenceville, IL, Johnny Neeley (Michelle) and Spc Charles Larrew Neeley; her close friend Alice Campbell; her grandchildren, Renee Sheren of Lawrenceville, IL, Robert "Rob" Neeley (Ashley) of West Union, IL, Lorrisa Swaner (TJ) of Oblong, IL, Sheldon Neeley of Terre Haute, IN, Keaton Neeley of Oblong, IL, Jeff Channer of Vincennes, IN and Hollydawn Coulter (Chris) of Whitehouse, TN; and her brother Bill Ikemire of Hardinville, IL. She was also cherished by thirteen great grandchildren and four brothers and sisters.

In Lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made to the Mattoon High School JROTC Program or Illinois Hospice.
