She is survived by: her children, Ronald E. Bell of Harrisburg and Jamie Smith-Phillips of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Victoria Bell of Booneville, Indiana, Nickolas Phillips of Harrisburg and Jackson Bell of Booneville, Indiana; and her sister Patricia L. Heflin (William H.) of Galatia.
