He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Milkowski and Helena Milkowski. He is survived by: his wife Karolina Milkowski; his daughters, Jenny and Diana Milkowski; and his brothers, Mark, Joe and John Milkowski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davenport Family Funeral Homes and Crematory – Lake Zurich (941 S Old Rand Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (135 S Buesching Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
