He is survived by: his mother-in-law Joyce Campbell; his son Curt; his significant other Linda Amos; his children, Elizabeth Ann Dahl (Mike Webb), Peggy Gan (Chuck), David Mack, Ellis Mack, Rebecca Rouse (Phil Johnson), Roy (Tracy) and Lois; his siblings, Mary (Pat), Frances (Ed), Helen, Steve and Joe; his grandchildren, Joseph, Abigail, Dakota, Michael Rouse, Ellis J. Mack, Clayton Brewer and Colin Amos; and his great grandchild Amethyst Jasmyn Fisher.
