He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Sr. and Susan Buckler Mattingly; his siblings, Hubert Jr., Virginia, Agnes, Angela, Susan, Polly and Pat; and his son-in-law Joe Kessling Leon.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Schlosser; and his children, Sharon Kessling (late Joe), Joe Mattingly (Diana), Peoria, Thomas L. Mattingly, Henry, Laura Jackson (Bob) and Tiskilwa. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sister Cecilia Mattingly, Peoria, Mary (the late Lloyd) Russell, Henry, Jim (Mary Jane) Mattingly, Henry; and many nieces and nephews.
