He is survived by : his stepparent Shirley Schultz (Passage); his former life partner Nancy Sample; his children, Richard Schultz of Peoria, Anthony Schultz (Jackie) of Pekin and Tonya Hooper (Rich) of Southern Illinois; his wife Diane Bristol of Chillicothe; his children, Ben Bristol and Sarah Bristol; and his siblings, Terry Flint, Ed Schultz (Carol) of Sparland, Mary Lou Siegfried of Henry, Lora (Ed), Magnolia, Steve Schultz (Christina) of Henry, Scott Schultz and Crystal Greenwood (Geoph) of Lacon.
