It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Peyton (Herod, Illinois), born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on April 27, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Wajvoda, Kelly Wilson (Rick) of Eldorado, Robin Edmister (Eric) of Marion and Erin Silanskis (Dan) of Hendersonville, TN; her brother Allen McDermott (Wanda Hohimer) of Cave; her grandchildren, Jessica Hudson (Anthony), Blake Wajvoda, Britney Wajvoda, Cord Edmister, Ian Edmister, Colin Edmister, Jackson Silanskis and Madelyn Silanskis; her great grandchild Gabriel Hudson; and her friend Nancy Nelson.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Bethany General Baptist Church.
