He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Phillip, Peggy Kerrigan, James E. Jacques and Shirley Jacques Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Michael and Rhonda S. Kerrigan (Jacques) of Herrin; his sister Jamie Kerrigan of Herrin; his aunts and uncles, Jackie Jacques of Herrin, Billy (Melanie Jacques), Karla (Phil Tomaszewski) and Phyllis Ann Kerrigan of West Chicago; his nephew Chuck Lindsey; and his niece Malaya Lindsey.
