She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth "Ras" Brooks and Lougenia "Toots" Storme (Tippy); her husband Elvis Waldron; her brother Kenneth "Kenny" Storme; her son-in-law Steve Sims; her brother-in-law Bill Venable; and her sibling's children, Pamala Coleman, Janice Lingle, Michael and Milton Storme.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Sims of Herrin, Candy Calcaterra (Paul) of Herrin and Rusty Waldron (Carol) of Carterville; her grandchildren, Steve Sims (Jenny) of Carterville, Scott Sims of Carterville, Jill Calcaterra of Herrin, Jon Calcaterra of Herrin, Laura Silva of Carbondale and Michael Kephart (Michelle) of Greenville, Wisconsin; her great grandchildren, Cole, Baillie Sims, Miguel Silva, Sarah and Ethan Kephart; and her sister Sharon Venable of Carterville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
