She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Williams and Christine Williams (Stacey); her former life partner Charles "Bud" Tolbert; her husband Jerry Mezo; her daughters, Hattie Charlene Emery and Billie Joe Tolbert; and her siblings, Richard Williams, Patricia Carney and Brenda Williams.
She is survived by : her children, Patricia Sellers of Marion, Bobby Tolbert of Herrin and Belinda Tolbert of Johnston City. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren 20 Great Grandchildren Four step-children.
