He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Tibbetts and Doris Tibbetts (White); and his sisters, Verna and Freida. He is survived by : his wife Debra Tibbetts of Herscher; his son Justin Tibbetts (Amy) of Kankakee; his granddaughters, Elliana and Megan Tibbetts; his sister Patricia Donaldson of Watseka; and his pet Bear. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close family and friends.
