Powell of Heyworth, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanore Powell (Barnes) and Donald Powell; his brother Terry Powell (Nelda); and his stepsister Lois Detloff (Marvin). He is survived by: his stepsister Loretta Meece (Wayne). He is also survived by 5 nephews, 1 niece, 10 grand-nephews, 5 grand-nieces, 3 great-grand-nieces and 2 great-grand-nephews.
