He was predeceased by : his parents, William Millerick and Alice Millerick; and his sister Marie Matkovich. He is survived by : his wife Sharon; his daughters, Alison Millerick (Christopher Szela), Nicole Serafino (Steven) and Melissa Millerick; his siblings, Sheila Gilmore (late George), Michael Millerick (Patricia), Marjorie Keane (John), Theresa Lau (Bill) and John "Jack" Millerick (Judy); his grandchildren, Christopher Serafino (Ramona), Mackenzie and Morgan Serafino; his great grandchild Killian Serafino; his aunt Ruth Walsh of Reedsburg, WI; his sibling-in-law Jaclyn Anderson; and his friend Philip Pecararo. He is also survived by his 28 nieces and nephews.
