He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Debbie Masaracchia; his sons, Matthew (Meredith), Luke, Paul and John; and his brothers, Albert and Jack.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Simkins Funeral Home (6251 Dempster St, Morton Grove, IL 60053-2818). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
