She was predeceased by: her husband Melvyn Gelman; her parents, Jack Boyansky and Goldie "Grace" Boyansky; her parents-in-law, Shirley and David Gelman; her siblings, Martin Boyer (late Delores) and Sidney Boyansky (late Bernice); and her siblings' children, Marla Rocca and Scott Boyansky.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Gelman (late Stacy), Nancy Gelman, Bobby Gelman (Kathy), Debra Posner (Ross), Jamie Massarsky (Steven), Jacklyn Brandt (Ricky), Jennifer Solway (Jay), Dr. Jessica Gelman (Anthony Kanelidis), Josh Gelman, Amy Krause (Eric), Zachary Posner and Rebecca Posner; her great grandchildren, Miles, Emmy, Blake, Leo, Stella and Lilah; her sister Marsha Levine Glantz (Stuart Glantz); her sister-in-law Florine Borden; and her sibling's children, Greg Levine (Laura), Rana Chandler (Denny), Jon Levine (Joanna), Eric Levine, Helene Cohen, Sherry Cooper, Marla Michaels (Jeffrey), Deborah Goldstein, David Harris and Denise Ryan.
