He was predeceased by : his parents, William Elijah and Hazel Marie Presnell (Riggs). He is survived by : his wife Connie Sue Winkeler (Thien) of Highland, IL; his sons, William Presnell, Jr. (Jessica) of DeSoto, MO and Gregory Presnell of St. Louis, MO; his stepsons, Shane Winkeler (Stacey Port) of Highland, IL and Nick Winkeler (Kelly) of Highland, IL; his grandchildren, Jacob J. Presnell, Zander R. Presnell and Grayson K. Presnell; and his stepgranddaughter Lilianna J. Winkeler.
