We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2020, at the age of 79, Kenneth Harold Urban of Highwood, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Urban and Eleanor Urban (Glon); his wife Marie Rose; and his brothers, Thomas Urban and Gary Szweda.
He is survived by : his children, Michael Urban (Francys), Cynthia Urban, Ann Marie Copp (Gary) and Janice Urban (Matt Krenger); his grandchildren, Camille, Kevin, Paula and Daphne; his siblings, Gail Platis and Mark Szweda; his brother-in-law Frank Abbinanti; his niece Dana Urban; and his nephews, Anthony Abbinanti and Jason Wirth.
In accordance with public gathering restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a mask and observe social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted at one of Ken's favorite Jazz radio stations, WDCB.
