He is survived by: his spouse Jenny Helm; his children, Michael Friesland of Walshville, Olive and Michelle Ollenberger of Fresno Ca; his grandchildren, Ciara Lynn and Nevaeh Kay; and his siblings, Melvin Friesland Jr., Oren G. Friesland, John R. Friesland, Elsie Chapps, Leota Blevins, Charlotte Ferguson, Maggie Sidener, Margery Moulton and Roxie Tyler.
