We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 79, Delores Payne of Hillsboro, Illinois, born in Nokomis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Parks and Mary Louise Parks (Dilley); her siblings, Barbara Jean Allister and Ralph Eugene Parks; and her nephew Gene L. Herndon III.
She is survived by: her former husband Hugh "Buck" Payne; her daughter Kimberly Fleming of Hillsboro; her granddaughters, Erica Fleming of Hillsboro and Vanessa Fleming of Mt. Olive; her great grandchild Briella Osborn; and her siblings, Harold Dean Parks (Marlene) of Hillsboro, Mary Ellen Herndon of Hillsboro and Ronald Lynn Parks (Terri) of Old Ripley.
