He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Melvin and Elizabeth Melvin (Clem); his daughter Carol Anne Melvin; his former wife Marietta; and his siblings, Burton, Bob Melvin and Delores Mandrell.
He is survived by: Martha Vallbracht of Hillsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral's and visitations are limited to 50 or fewer people in attandance.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Denning Cemetery Assoc. and will be accepted at the funeral home.
