He was predeceased by: his sisters, Donna Jean Hayes and Merle Weller. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Ernst (Husband Steve) of Hillsboro, IL, Kenneth Hayes (Wife Maureen) of Butler, IL and Tony Hayes.
