We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2021, at the age of 88, Nora Louise Russell of Hillsboro, Illinois, born in Walshville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hemken and Mamie Hemken (Fenton); her husband Melvin Russell; her sister Charlene Butler; and her granddaughter Jayleigh Noell Lewey.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Washburn (Jim) of Taylor Springs, Steve Russell of Davenport, IA., Debby Lewey (John) of Hillsboro, Mike Russell (Shawna) of Athens, Sherri Finn (Mike) of Hillsboro and Mark Russell (Teresa) of Rochester; and her sisters, Delores Neatherly of Hillsboro and Norma Shipman of Hillsboro. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren 24 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
CDC guidelines with use of masks and social distancing will be observed.
