She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Penrod and Fanny Penrod (Horton); her husband Bill; her daughter Cynthia Douglas; and her siblings, George Penrod, Bert Wallace, Louise Jones, Gilbert Penrod, Woodrow Penrod, Ernie Penrod, Siana Berringer, Jesse Penrod, Helen Baker, Joseph Penrod, Ed Penrod and Delma Schriebner.
She is survived by: her sons, William H. (Tessie Douglas) of Winnemucca and Harold (Shelly Douglas) of Hillsboro; and her grandchildren, Matthew Douglas and Mary Jane Green. She is also survived by three grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
