He was predeceased by: his brothers, Mark E. Keith and Stephen Keith. He is survived by: his wife Danielle; his children, Dylan Keith, Joplin Keith, Veronica Wichern (Jeremy) and Jessica Bynum (Chris); and his siblings, Michael Kieth and Annette Caldwell (Mark).
