He was predeceased by : his wife Maria Ruberto; his parents, Francesco Ruberto and Carmela Montilla; his siblings, Giuseppe Ruberto (late Maria Serra), Maria Ruberto (late Gennaro Gatto) and Caterina Ruberto (late Luigi Mancuso); and his siblings-in-law, Vince Ruberto (late Anna), Frances Westferro (late Joe) and Rosemary Bielarz (late James).

He is survived by : his daughters, Rena Belfiore (Eugene), Joanne Ruberto and Fran Kuczak (Phil); his grandchildren, Christina (Nick), Michael (Courtney), Brandon, Nick and Carly; his great grandchildren, Mila and Ethan; his siblings, Giovanna Ruberto (late Vincenzo Donato) and Antonio Ruberto (Franceschina Constantino); and his siblings-in-law, Frank Cuda (Adeline), Tom Ruberto (Gina) and Joanne Stepps (Don).
