He was predeceased by: his parent Drs; and his brother Fred. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Marks Sebastian; his children, Nicole Peeney (John), John II (Ann), Michelle (Shawn) and Mark (Lauren); his grandchildren, Allison, Christian, Justin Peeney, Kathleen, Mary, John Sebastian III, Isabella, Emilia, Maria Gleason, Mark II and Valentino Sebastian; his brother Paul (Jaga); and his siblings-in-law, James (Patricia) and Georgianna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Services (60 S Grant St, Hinsdale, IL 60521). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church (306 W 4th St, Hinsdale, IL 60521).
